Collection and reimbursement policy



U.S.-Panama Business Council (USPA)


Registration to programs sponsored by the U.S.-Panama Business Council will be done on-line, by letter, e-mail or fax.  All registrations will be covered by a form, filled by the participant, indicating the payment process to be utilized.  Payment can done: on-line, by check, or by instructions to process a credit or debit card.  Once the form is received, duly signed by the participant, payment will be made effective.

Payment of a registration or sponsorship formalizes the person or company's participation.  The sponsorship/registration can be cancelled up to two weeks before the event but only 50% of the total value of the sponsorship/registration will be reimbursed.
